The staff was beyond amazing. Everybody was so friendly and they were extremely accommodating. Ben, Doug, and Jeff where some of the nicest people we met while we were in Japan. This place was a fantastic little Chalet for Just the Two of Us. The one thing to mention would be the downstairs heating was not the greatest, and there was a few nights where it was pretty cold downstairs. The upstairs heating work fantastic and was always warm within minutes. The Marino pizza was also fantastic!
