Cozy and homie accommodation with excellent staff and service. Even though the lodge is hidden deeper in the woods we are transported free of charge to and from the ski resorts and restaurants/hot springs nearby. Different room types are available and is perfect for group of friends to stay and party. Board games, karaoke, even Majong are available as entertainment choices. Basic breakfast is served daily with varieties of cereal, milk, juices, and toasts with spreads. Kitchen is open for light DIY cooking with your own ingredients. If you are fortunate like us, you may see the local "lucky charm" the Japanese Antelope just outside the kitchen window. Overall a wonderful vacation experience. I highly recommend this lodge to my friends!

We went to Lodge Q with two children in early 2019 . The trip was so fantastic. Haku who was hotel manager was super nice, he really made us feel it's like home. I remembered in very cold winter, in mid night of the New Year's Eve, he drove us to the ski field to see the fireworks. The fireworks was so beautiful that it was one of the highlights of the trip. We all felt so grateful to meet Haku. He treated us not just like customers, but feel like friends. Additionally, Jadon was our snowboard coach, and he was really professional and patient. He gave us the class for 2 days, and he was a really great coach. At the end of trip, we really wanted to stay and do more snowboarding even though our bodies got very tired, but we really enjoyed every second of the class. Overall, it's a wonderful trip. Highly appreciated to Haku and Jadon!
Nice and quiet. Good for small groups or individuals. Not easy to get to. Chinese speaking staff.

Absolutely amazing facilities with the most friendly hosts. We came here with 12 people and everyone slept comfortably and had a blast!
Excellent customer service. Breakfast included which was an unexpected bonus. Close to the slopes with transport from lodge to resort available daily.
