Excellent ski shop. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that is very fluent in English. They rent everything one would need for a ski or boarding trip (boards, skis, gloves, hats, jackets, pants, goggles, poles, boots, etc.) They also do ski tuning and waxing with a very quick turnaround. Centrally located next to the Mount Bus Stop in Happo-One. Also with a second location near the gondola. Fast, efficient, friendly. Highly recommend. They are across from the Hakuba Ski Kan, 10m from bus stop.

Among the cheapest near to the slope. They even allowed flexible arrangement for me as one of the day the mountain condition was bad. They should be proud to have honest staff around. I have already paid the money for my entire ski hire but they input discount for me after and gave me change instead which they could have kept quiet and just thank me for the money. Keep it up Woody!
