This is very beautiful park, well designed and worth a visit! Flowers or not! For the flowers it’s important to check which month to visit.

Very big park, beautiful flowers. The roses are lovely, in Oct, Nov and late spring. The fountains are spectacular. The playground is big and fun for younger and older kids. The adventure athletic course is challenging, a great family activity! It can be crowded on weekends. There is a restaurant and you can also get light lunch, ice-cream. Vending machines conveniently situated. Beautiful view of Kobe and the sea! Great to visit in any season.

This park is very peaceful. The roses are so beautiful and hundreds of different types of roses we can look at. It's really amazing and nice water fountains all over. There is a restaurant and outdoor cafe at the top. The outdoor cafe has nice Awaji beer and soft cream. Admission is very cheap. It's a great place to relax.
