Nice place to workout and in 7000 bucks you can do swimmingand access to all the daily activities one of the cheapest and great place for workout a good recommendationfor people who has just started doing workout

Still not to the standard of hygiene! Otherwise i love most of their employees

Friendly staff (some can speak English) Good facilities and price. (They do an under-30 deal) Good variety of classes. Free weight floor has 2 squat racks, 2 bench press, 1 Smith Machine, 1 cable, 1 curl bench, 4 adjustable bench.

駅からちょっと離れますが、広いです。 駐車場があるので（3hまで100円）、 車持ちの人にはいいかも。 トレーニングエリアも広く、マシンも充実しています。 プールも広く、お風呂もしっかりしています。 スタッフは、当たり外れがあるので、1しています。
