This is much better view of Osaka than the opposite building with a lot of tourists. Photo and video are prohibited but it is enjoyable and memorable. Very nice cafeteria area also. Lovely place to go around late afternoon.

Can’t take photos there inside about the paintings. It’s quite interesting tour about the gallery, a lot of mixed art elements.

Make sure to use the Osaka Amazing Pass otherwise the usual admission fee is not worth it. Very unique art with a video intro that reminds us we are all going to die eventually.
