I used the onsen hot spring facility. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. You can see the bay from the onsen tub, which is - I think - a queen feeling. Shampoo, body soap and hair conditioner is free. You also can use sauna for free if you purchase the onsen entree ticket for 520. It is opened from 10am till 11pm.

It's a national hotel, so it is'nt too expensive. Location and view amazing, but not far from the city. Delicious, plenty of japanese dinner. Washing and drying machine on the third floor, free for use. Washing powder also free of charge. There's a souvenir and snack, drink etc. shop on the groundfloor. You can also use qualitative creams, shampoo and hairconditioner at the spa. Staff so kind and helpfull. Since february of this year, they have buffet lunch!
This hotel's biggest asset is its location on a beautiful peninsula into Shibushi Bay. Gorgeous views from the property, rooms, local hikes, and even from the hotel's on-site onsen. It's a bit run-down, which is sad because just some basic maintenance and improvements would likely solve some problems. But there's an abundance of mold and carpet stains. The kaiseki dinner was good, but offered lots of hamo: Dagger-Toothed Pike Conger (a species of eel) which I don't personally love, but is a delicacy for locals. As always kaiseki mostly uses local, seasonal ingredients, so that's awesome. Breakfast was okay: a couple of treatments of mackerel, house-made tofu, rice, miso, and other Japanese standards. Overall, a wonderful experience. I hope to return to this hotel.

眺めがいいところです。3月いっぱいまで入口付近で焼鳥やってるみたいです。タレ焼き塩焼計6種類あります。美味しかったです。
従業員不足なのか、提供されるディナーの配膳が遅い。温かい料理がほぼ冷めてて、お肉も固くなってました。お布団の上げ下げも、自分達でしました。受け付けも無愛想。マスクで声が聞き取れない。ただ、海沿いは景色が良かったのと、展望室は圧巻！！部屋に時計なし。お茶菓子もなし。レディースアメニティもなし。ユニットバスタイプでした。ハエ、虫などが多い。バイキングのメニューは少なめ。生のフルーツや、せっかく志布志に来たので、海鮮焼き等があると嬉しかったかな。。。
海側の和室に３人で宿泊 部屋も広く眺めも良いです 料理も美味しかったです
日帰り入浴で利用。 露天風呂は無いが展望風呂で眺めも最高。 ヌルットした泉質で最高です。
