Love everything about this place. It has old world charm and the older ladies serving have characters. Really a gem and only 1 min walk from Kamedio stn. Lines moves fast. Get Gyoza and cold beer and watch. Two plates per person minimum and a drink. 5 pieces per plate, easily down 10 plates in one seating.

Delicious! Crispy and juicy. They come at you fast with plate after plate until you are stuffed. The walls have pricing charts based on the number of plates. The other pricing chat on the wall is for number of beers.

A classic, cheap and good. Gyoza is good, but there are better around. The best / most enjoyable part is the environment and experience.

Quick and easy dumpling restaurant but this has been the all time best in Japan. Note, there is NO other menu than dumplings. Don’t even expect veggies or so. Just bite their one and only with Japanese bottled beer! The moment you sit in, don’t even bother to place order yourself. 2 rounds of 5pcs Gyoza dumplings per guest will be served automatically unless you want some beverages so that you would pay min. of 520 yen in this resto per head. Don’t recommend to take kids there as the shop is so tiny.

Went there around 5pm. Lots of people inside but no line up. With my limited Japanese, all I need to order was the drink. Gyoza served here have very thin skin and crispy bottom. Unfortunately my last plate had one that kind of burnt but still taste good. Probably best time to come is when there is line up since the gyoza get served before it get burnt. Side note: people who had cat tongue might get stress out trying to eat it fast as the staff keep checking on you without burning the tongue
