Biggest indoor swimming arena I have ever been. Impressive. During daytime I had my own 50m track for 2h.

Great Main Pool, but lots of pointless rules mean you might not get to enjoy it the way you think you can. (No tattoos, no swimming watches, mandatory 10min breaks...)

Pool and equipment are defiantly world class, but the place doesn't have visitor parking. There are public parking but spaces are limited. No street parking is allowed in the area.

Great location for swimming. Check the Internet because it is not open very often for Public swim Training open.

Good place for lap swim. Nice lobby area to wait in. Lots of use by local teams. You can get off at Tatsumi station and walk there, about 10 minutes. But far from everything else. So, better to go to tokyo metro gym for a swim...more accessible.

They need air cons in the women’s changing room and more showers. It’s a nice swimming pool being the only foreigner there but it was fun I enjoyed it.

Not very good. I went for a swim and it was closed for a 3 day compilation. Quite hard to understand when you only speak english. No one at reception. Building looked impressive but you could even see inside. Had a much better at experience last year at the cube

Not always open to public, so you gotta remember to check the online schedule. Usually not too crowded (3-4) people per lane. Also it’s Olympic sized- much more fun than the tiny municipal or club pools within the city
