Bakers rejoice! Cuoca has EVERYTHING you need, ingredients and equipment, for western style cake decorating. It's a clean and well layed out shop and the staff are lovely. It is a little bit tricky to find - take the walkway and escalator from the back of level B1 to B2 of the shopping centre and you can't miss it. Price wise it is a bit more expensive than what I'm used to in Australia, but it's worth it as this is truly a one stop shop for your baking needs.

奥さんが良く買い物をするお店です。製菓関連の商品が並ぶ中で真剣にモノを探しています。理想を言えば、もっとたくさんの種類の材料や道具が並ぶ大きなお店があれば・・・と言うお話なんでしょうが、都心でそこまで求めても需要と供給のバランスが保てないですからね。こまめに寄って必要なものを手に入れる、を繰り返しています。通販でもモノがわかっていれば良いのですが、やはり実物の感触がわからないと不安が募り、おまけに失敗したら結構な悲劇ですから、このようなお店は貴重だと思います。今の願いは、大型店が近くに出来ますように・・・にです。
