Great view of the Hokkaido wetlands! You can see a huge area of it and the view isn't hides by trees. I really liked the view and I think it's worth a visit. I visited during summer (July) and it looked good. I really wonder how it will look in autumn and winter! ️

Spectacular panoramic view of Kushiro Marsh Land. You can also sit & relax at visitor lounge. Worth to visit when you are travelling in Kushiro. Along the way, if you are lucky, you may see wild life animal. We found a little young fox. Be careful when driving.

Driving to the marsh on mid July 2019, Nothing much to do.. Road to the marsh is a bit narrow and slippery. Outdoor Parking is available for free. Visitor lounge is a must to visit. The souvenirs are cute, icecream is good and some visitors bring their own lunch box to eat in there. Public toilet is available. From visitor lounge, you have to walk to see the marsh, less direction signs so beware to get lost easily!..

Absolutely beautiful view of the Kushiro marshland. Accessible by car or tour group. A taxi is also a good option.
