Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Went in to get hiking boots, and an English speaking staff member helped me select the right pair of shoes. They even have a little space with rocks where you can test out the boots! Definitely going back here if I need more outdoors equipment.

One of my favorite place to get outdoor gears. I come here every year to check the latest Osprey products. If you do not find it here, you will probably not be able to find anywhere else in japan...

Great selection of anything outdoorsy you may need, from everyday stuff to mountaineering or trekking. The service here is always amazing. Prices are a bit high but there is always some sort of sale or good deal available. The workers at this location are incredibly friendly and most of them have basic English ability. Just tell them what you’re looking for and they will always do their best to help in my experience
