Very nice restaurant. We were the only diners the night we ate, which means full attention but felt a lack of atmosphere. Service was superb. The food was great but did not set our loins ablaze. With the quality of produce in the Hokkaidō winter perhaps our loins could have been smoldered further. All in all a very pleasant experience. The first course cooked at the table in some kind of fractional distillation apparatus was truly magical. Sorry no pictures of that one, we were too involved. Some really eye catching plates.

The best creative cushion in Sapporo. The restaurant environment is like a gallary, and you could enjoy the painting during meals. The chef is very serious cooking in kitchen and put sauce for us in different dishes. The service is very good, and the lady was always serving with smile as well. Thanks to your preparation for my birthday. Cheers

went for lunch (got the \fancier\ option) beautifully presented dishes had unique tastes with ingredients from all over hokkaido. the waitstaff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different dishes. one of the waiters (maybe manager) was super fluent in english and seemed to speak french as well. totally worth it. will definitely go back for their dinner option
