First, I really like the design of the products, the staff members are nice. However, I have had some quality issues with Lululemon recently. I bought an Align legging (a week later, there was a hole in it) and a down for it all jacket (I worn it 4 times and the side pocket was pilling like crazy. The price was 27,000 yens.) I was particularly disappointed by the jacket. It's ok for me to buy a jacket at that price but it's not acceptable to see pilling after wearing it 4 times. I explained my situation to the shop and they were really nice, don't get me wrong. But I'm still concerned about the quality of their products.

Staff immediately made racist comments to me about Chinese people and how the staff all wear masks (and I should too) because Chinese tourists will "infect them with disease", and other derogatory statements. This was her GREETING to me. I didn't know what to say, but wasn't interested in supporting xenophobia or racism, so I left.
Always on the lookout for LL wherever I happen to be! By far, Australia and US LL stores have the best pricing and range, or online from HK store - there's always a good sale going on! Tokyo Shinjuku range is OK but sizing limited.
Looks like sports version of Abercrombie and Fitch/ Hollister. Bought one of the tank top. Staff claimed that the tank top got a sweat-wicking properties but frankly its not and also overpriced.

すごく押しの強い女性の店員さんに捕まり、聞いてもいないのに、商品をちょっと見たり、触れただけでずっと説明を聞かされました。こちらも途中から露骨に嫌な顔をして、あしらったつもりだったのですが、伝わらなかったようで引き下がらず、なんかもう買え買えオーラがすごくて疲れてすぐにお店を出ました。ノルマなどあるのかもしれませんが、一人でゆっくり買い物したいお客もいることをわかって欲しいです。
ネットサイトでは以前から見てたし、着用している人を見て行きたいなぁと思ってましたが本日初めて行きました。 口コミを見て、接客は期待しない方が良いのかな？と思ってましたが、程よく距離を空けつつ、セール品もあるよ、と声をかけてくれたり、サイズ展開もほのめかしてもらえて、すごく見やすかったです。 初めてなので、試着もどのサイズからすれば良いかわからなかったのですが、店員さんも丁寧に説明してくれて、フィッテングも見てもらえました。 ヨガはしないけど、たまたまセールになってたテニススコートを見つけて、他のメーカーのよりボール収納ポケットも両側にあるし、パンツの裾も滑り止めがついていて完璧！と購入。 安くは無いけど、めちゃくちゃ機能性が良く生地の肌触りも他の人のコメント通り良いし、また絶対行きたいです。
