The facilities here are fairly spartan, but it is an excellent value at 200yen/2-hour visit. Be sure to buy a card at the ticket machine; you get discounts on visits (2000 yen card is worth 2200 yen)!

If you like sports, you can do many of them here. The prices are reasonable, and they have a decent gym here if you just want to work out.
