Small but a clean place. Didn't go to the toilet or sink so no idea about the cleanliness there, but it's a great place to have a quick meal and then go straight to the train station. The staffs were also kind and speak clearly. I ate in there but hadn't picked up a seat yet. One of the staff (looked like she's the manager) told me to pick a seat first since it was crowded, and she said she'd wait for me. A really nice gesture—something that's getting more rare these days in surrounding Tokyo area. (The potato's a bit dry but the chicken was greaaat.)

Taste good but not best
The employees almost always try their best to help me with my limited Japanese. I was even served by one young man who was pretty fluent in English. The food is what you'd expect from KFC, and I go every few weeks to fulfill that \familiar comfort food\ craving. I wish KFC Japan served gravy though... And ditch the weird spiral potatoes and just use fries.
