My boyfriend and I had our lunch here. As an English man, he absolutely loved the atmosphere here, as he was strongly reminded of pubs back home in England. The food here was amazing; we ordered the chicken karaage (fried chicken), anchovy fries, and fish and chips. Everything was really tasty! The fried chicken was juicy, anchovy fries were unique and would definitely recommend, whilst the fish and chips was really good as the batter is actually lighter and easier to eat than many English versions of the dish. There are larger tables available for bigger groups too! 10/10 would come back again!

Amazing bar, variety of great choices of craft beer. The signature beer is from brewery in Matsumoto which is sold out quite fast, but there are fee type to try. They also served international beer like Brew Dog and Hoegaarden, but you must support the local like they do so. A good choice of English and Japanese dishes,the fish and chip is quite nice. The good thing about this bar is no smoking inside. The services is amazing, and staff is friendly, they also try to help you.
This was a nice bar to rest. It was quite sociable and open which makes relaxing easier as many bars are often geared for hard-core boozing. The staff were kind and the selection was good. The food I got was delicious.
Best drinking place in Matsumoto.You should visit once.
Irish-style pub with a nice atmosphere and good pub-grub. Decent beer selection and fair prices. Close to the center of the city, which makes for a convenient place to have lunch or dinner after visiting the castle.
