I ordered a part for my car from here as it is the closest Mazda shop to my house. I gave the manager the exact part number and a photo from the actual Mazda parts manual pertaining to the part in question. I then paid for the part up front. I waited, waited, waited and waited. The manager ordered the wrong part and said he would get a replacement. When I went to pick up the replacement part, two weeks after I had originally ordered it, all he did was refund my money and apologize. An absolutely ignorant so called manager.

先日、エアコンコンプレッサーが不調で冷えなくなりリビルド品ですが交換いたしました。当日中に修理完了してくださり給与前でしたが月末まで猶予くださり大変感謝しております。よく冷えますので安心して乗れます。女性スタッフ様の気配りに感謝しております。フリードリンクは、お好みをどうぞ、待ち時間の暑い日は安心して涼しく過ごせます。

スマートフォンのネットの、ホームページを拝見しまして、今度、板金塗装お見積りをかねまして、御来店のほうを、してみたいです。 年式が20年で古いマツダ様のお車を所有してまして、パテの修理とかは少し抵抗が、あるのですが、バンパーとか新品の在庫がまだあるといいのですが、　整備は、普段ディーラー様でお世話になっているのですが、オートザム様もディーラー様同様に、純正エンジンオイルや純正部品の御取り扱いは、あるのでしょうか、

近隣にマツダディーラーがなかっためこちらのお店に。 気になっていた車種を見学だけできればよかったのですが、アドバイザーさんのご厚意で試乗までさせていただきました。 店内で見積もりもいただき、飲み物は無料の自販機で自由に飲むことができて応対も丁寧で非常に好感がもてました。 また自分が来店した時、高齢の方の来店が目立ちました。 応対されているスタッフの方々はみなさん丁寧で、このようなお店と長くお付き合いしたいと思いました。
