It was the first brand new car we bought in our life. Very happy and satisfied with the model and the car. But sad to feel this way about the customer service in Japan. It was horrible. The sales person has a big attitude problem, every call about the sale had to be given by the customer, and after service is even worse. Had some maintenance stuff done with the car and was given back with lots of added scrapes and patches. Surprised and very unhappy customer.
