The location is really convenient... too bad the only thing you can do is printing your juminhyo... Meguro-ku it is nice to open a service desk but if you do please allow users to do things there they cannot do at a regular combini!

目黒駅正面口に向かうエスカレーターで1階あがって、左手に進むと見つかる。アトレからは直接行けないので注意が必要。祝日に区役所まで行かずとも住民票などの証明書を発行できる。

ごく普通の，昔で言うところの出張所ですが，常駐されている方々の対応は優しく，不明点はていねいに説明してもらえます。平日は19時まで開いているので，住民票などの入手も楽です。目黑区民にとってはありがたい施設です。
