I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. I got surgery here twice and both doctors (Dr. Shimoda & Dr. Ohno) performed a great surgery. My relatives who are doctors and also friends were surprised at how much of a clean job they did and how they kept the scars super small. If you want to complain about the price: it’s the same everywhere. The food is O.K. sometimes there’s good food sometimes a bit less. The nurses are super friendly but you should know that the nurses DO NOT speak English so therefore if you’re not able to speak Japanese then bring your phone. Also since I didn’t want to eat rice porridge they were kind enough to exchange it with toast :) Overall I had a great experience and I trust the doctors at this hospital and I would rather pay to get a good surgery here than getting it for free in Germany and have an O.K. result. 手術がとても上手な医者がいて(下田先生　　大野先生)、看護婦もとても優しく、私はこの病院を信用しています。

Horrible! They kidnapped me and would not let me leave, and gave me treatments I did not consent to. Then, after I forced my way out, they sent me a huge bill for over 5000 dollars. I asked the doctor what was in the IV he had in my veins for three days, he said \sports drink\. They did not give me any food for three days. Three days! I repeat, they did not give me any food for three days.
