The people working here were very rude and shady. They would quote a price and then a little bit later in the conversation they would quote a more expensive price. They had very little working knowledge of the benz and refused to explain anything they were trying to quote. Also since my car was only a b class they left me largely ignored seated while they were very friendly with the owners of the more expensive models and often sat together with them chatting about various aspects of it and making recommendations. I will not be coming back here if I can help it. Worst customer service, worst personalities, and worst dealership. My next car will certainly not be a benz if this is how they operate.

2019年新店舗での営業開始の横須賀店。 スタイリッシュな店舗です。 サービス、心配りは流石ベンツ 。 この日は素敵なクリスマスツリーが飾られていました。 サービスのお飲み物は数種類用意されていますが、毎月期間限定のドリンクが用意されています。 この時期は、ストロベリークリームショコラ。カフェのおすすめメニューのようなクオリティです。 店内は広くて天井が高く、開放感があります。 室内展示車も多いですし、屋外の屋根付き部分にも多くの展示車が並んでいます。 サーティファイドカー(認定中古車)も多く取り扱っています。

横須賀ヤナセ以来4台目のお付き合いです。何年か前に新しい会社に経営権が移り、家族的な経営から組織的な経営に移行し、お店も移転し大きくなりました。しかしセールスのキーパーソンは変わらず、これまで本当に時と場所をいとわず様々なケアをして頂いています。自宅からはやや遠いですが、約20年前にこちらとのお付き合いを決めて良かったと思っています。
