I have stayed at Ryogoku and my apartment was super convenient and clean. It had everything one needs for a short stay (30.02.21 to 18.02. 21). Good balance between price, quality and location. I really liked the location and the attitude of the team! I will definitely be using Metro Residence services again. Tatiana

The are very quick to serve and proactive in removing any obstacle that may cause a problem. \NO\ is not in their vocabulary. Shin Komiyama was very personable and very easy to work with. I stayed at the Galicia Ryogouku for my mandatory 14 days of quarantine from 14 December - 28 December 2020. The apartment I stayed at was outstanding! During my stay here the gas was turned off, but a quick call to Metro Residence, they were able to assist me over video chat to get the gas working again. 5 star hospitality and 5 star assistance. I would recommend staying with Metro Residence for anyone that needs to quarantine or anyone visiting that doesn’t want to pay high hotel fees. Thank you Metro Residence!! Shaune S.

I stayed in an accommodation with MetroResidences, Japan as an international returnee. The location of the property is nice, few steps away from Convenient store and supermarkets are 10 minites walk. Property is also newly manufactured and has an elevator. Good accomodation for 2 people (couple) and prices are competitive. Furthermore, the have Ride and Stay service that allows Airport pick-up {Narita/ Haneda(Price included). Apartment has more or less all amenties (inclding highspeed internet) that is prerequsite for weekly stay.The arrangement from MetroResidences for the stay is completely a contactless endeavor, hence good for quarantine for international returnee in Japan.
