Decent spot for Mexican food. Portion sizes are not too bad for the price. Love their fresh fruit margaritas!!
Atmosphere is quaint. Chairs and tables are sticky. And a \chorizo\ chimichanga comes out looking and tasting like a soggy beef chimichanga. The kitchen tells me it is chorizo, but it looks and tastes like beef. And then they are going to charge me for chorizo. Don't go here if you're used to REAL Tex Mex or Mexican food. I am never coming back!
Love coming here when I’m craving Tex-Mex in Yokosuka!! The staff is very nice, the beer is really cold and the food is delicious and the servings are generous. The food is also very reasonably prices and it comes out hot and fast. Highly recommend you stop by when the cravings hit
I personally love Mike's Tex-Mex. My husband and I have been to their restaurant in Sasebo, Japan and now here in Yokosuka. The food is fantastic! The establishment is well maintained and clean. There is only one thing missing... music. We have been here a few times and there is never any music playing. Definitely takes away from the ambiance. It would also help to minimize the annoying sound of the blender as margaritas are made. So to the management staff in Yokosuka, please start playing music! It's unsettlingly quiet. Aside from that we love it here.
