Museum visit time: 20 mins. Best aspect is a small cafe/diner outside the museum which has cheap food and an awesome view of mt.fuji.

Small museum with lots of crystals and gemstones. Very informative about Mt. Fuji and a cool trex dinosaur model inside for free. A great stop for a long drive with a few restaurants nearby. Staff are also really nice and fun. Though it's a quick stop, I recommend going for a break.

Museum to know about mount Fuji better. Plus if the weather is clear, you can observe the peak of mount Fuji. Unlucky for me this time around was gloomy so no peak Fuji for me. Anyhow beautiful scenery surrounding the area. Good for nature appreciation.
