I see the comments where people complain about that they do not do visa directly, I know it’s frustrating, but you all have to know that the Chinese embassy gets tons of people everyday, if they added the people applying for visa, it would be total chaos. The staff are nice if you are nice to them, it like how they say ‘treat people like how you wanted to be treated’. If you think this embassy is busy and understaffed you should all go see the US embassy (not complaining just a remark).

If you are looking for an ordinary visa or you have an ordinary passeport, it’s not the place to go! But the staff is really kind and they say to me the road to go to the other office Other office for visa application is : 神谷町駅 Kamiycho station (hibiya Line ) Exit is 4B. Walk around 4 to 5 min 8 floor of a building. Time to stand 30min.

They are really good. After I lost my passport they confirmed everything and help me find it in a local police station. The girl who in charge with my case has been very helpful

Essentially no lines and chaos. Staff not friendly to explain things. Avoid if you can.

这里非常不好啊。在第二楼帮我们那个阿姨一点礼貌都没有。这里不是中国啊。This place is horrible. The security guard tells us to take a couple picture in that tiny booth which turned out to be 700 yen and unnecessary. That grandpa doesn't know what he's doing. The worse part is the ugly lady who works on the second floor. She's disrespectful, rude, and stupid. She made a mistake and doesn't even apologize. Her attitude was bad, and she was clearly insulting us with her unnecessary questions and remarks. Typical Chinese. I figured they would be a little nicer since we're in Japan. By the way, I'm an American born Chinese.
