My Honda Prelude BA5 had to be towed here due to an alternator failure. Despite it was Sunday, the maintenance team was able to diagnose the issue quite fast and also gave me a rough estimate. Although I decided to buy a replacement alternator online, the maintenance manager had no problem installing it as soon as the replacement parts arrived at the dealer. The maintenance manager was kind enough to find me a brand new hood holder latch that was missing from my car, even though I didn't even ask! The labor charge for the replacement was very reasonable, and I had a great experience overall!
