It was ok but probably my least favourite of the five hostels we stayed in during a two week Japanese tour. No breakfast or towels & first time I thought the bathrooms could use a good clean. Location is fine.

Great location with Ginza Line and Namboku Line reachable by 2 mins walking. Nice staff and clean facilities.

Very good located! The bed is big and you have private shelves to put all your stuff on. 3 sockets available (of course if you turn the light off). The mirror just at your bedside. They have all the amenities needed and hair-dryer. The common area has a notebook for free use, security cameras on an operation, drinking water is available, some booklets available as well. You can use a refrigerator. When I had problems with bedbugs, they made everything to solve the issue as fast as they can, first by moving me to other room, second by making the pest control. I felt like if I have any problem, I can talk to them directly and they will do their best to help. People are very good there :) Shower stalls were cleaned every day and they had separated area for getting off the clothes and taking shower itself, so it was easy to keep your stuff dry. The location is amazing) easy to get anywhere you want to go! But ... They had bedbugs) as I wrote in pros, they fixed the problem as far as they got to know about it from me and few last nights I was fine there. Matrasses are very thin and on any mattress, I had there I felt same - like some kind of small stones inside of it.

Just spend one night at this place for transit. It's easy to access via metro and there are enough food places around the corner. Not very clean, modern or luxury but has everything you need for a short term stay.

This is a cosy, affordable hostel. It's a ten minute walk to Tamiekie-sanno station.

Probably the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. It’s like a cheese grater with a sheet on top.

POSITIVE: Close to subway. NEGATIVE: After reading reviews I thought to still give this hostel a try. Unfortunately the reviews were not wrong, we booked to stay for 7 nights but we escaped after the third night LOL. Not sure how their cleaning works at this hostel but previous ones I’ve been to I know were being cleaned everyday. The toilets at Inno had scum/residue marks (the same marks were left there for days and that’s when I realised they do not clean the facilities quite so often at all). The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable as you can feel the springs provoking you from behind and normally I’m cool with thin/hard mattresses. The bunk I was in was also filthy and walls surrounding each bed are not sound proof (there were a group of Koreans being extremely loud and careless of other guests not sure if they actually lived there or worked there tbh lol). I got biten bugs on the third night and that’s when we decided to leave. There are also no lifts and the dorm doors do not self close (there’s no access card or anything so you can’t really lock the doors). Air conditioning works but it’s quite small, with 16 bunks in one dorm it’s no way near enough to cool such a large room and to add once you close your shutter you’re left without. If you’re just after a place to rest for the night, sure be my guest and go ahead with this place. However, refrain if you’re expecting cleanliness! For around the same price we found a cleaner and pleasant hostel to stay in around the area. (We left this hostel without directly complaining as we had a friend remain at the hostel and did not want him to be left in a difficult situation. Judging by the negative reviews left on various sites the hostel owners couldn’t care less of their hostel’s current situation anyway)
