I was helped here when I just came to Japan and the staff professionalism and cleanness is really good. English is spoken by many staff members, although not by everyone.
I had some dental work done in 2019, the dentist Dr Sato didn't even wear surgical gloves before putting his hands in my mouth. I've been asking for the photos of the procedure now I'm back in the UK, 36 emails back and forth and they keep telling me they're sending them on Tuesday / Thursday / whenever and then just tell me they were too busy. I'm pretty sure it's a race thing and I regret going. Avoid.
Great English service! I filled out the registration form online and received a call the next day so they could find an English-speaking doctor for me. Had to wait 2 hours though because I didn't make an appointment, but helpful and friendly staff, doctor was great and facilities are clean.
A big College Hospital with kind staffs and doctors. The building is new and clean, though the waiting could be a pain. They have a restaurant inside as well as a cafe.
