I've been all over the world and such a elegent bar and smoking lounge deserves a Five Star rating. The service is impeccable and atmosphere is that of a romantic noir movie. You may bring your personal smoking pipe and cigar if you wish, or purchase one from their extensive collection. Nothing but accolades for this diamond in Tokyo.

This place is excellent. Relaxed decor, friendly staff, just excellent all around. Expect to spend between 4000-10000 yen here.
The service was great. Quality of cigars was out standing. But it's a very pricy place.
I like this bar. There is a great selection of Cuban cigars and whiskies. They make a mean cocktail as well. English and Japanese speaking staff. This is an upscale place but you don't need to dress to impress. A good place for a cigars and a drink with friends or just to stop by, sit at the bar and smoke a cigar by yourself to pass the time.
Great atmosphere, worth the cover charge for that alone. Comfortable seats, smooth jazz in the background, fine selection of Cuban cigars and excellent selection of scotch & whiskey. 1080 per person to get in with no time limit & you can bring a handful of your own cigars too (which we did due to the high cost of cigars in Japan). Its a great spot to meet up at before a night out in Roppungi or a great place to go before you head home. They are open all night. I believe the sign said they close at 5am.
