コロナ禍ということで 予約のみの対応だったようです。 フォアグラの茶碗蒸しキャビアのせ ズワイガニと黒胡麻豆腐の和ピザ 笑すうぷ 刺身の盛り合わせ 天然鮑のトリュフ焼き 伊勢海老の雲丹焼き トマトの鰹出汁ジュレサラダ 黒毛和牛フォアグラステーキ 国産高級真鯛の鯛飯 和風で豪華な食材を使用したお料理のコースでした。 鮑はとても柔らかくて美味しく 雲丹は少し炙られた味がなんとも言えない味わいを生んでいました。 鯛飯はお出汁をかけていただくと絶品の明日になります。 伊勢海老と黒毛和牛フォアグラに関してはもう少しグレードの高い素材を期待していましたので少しもの足りませんでした。 創作の雰囲気で用意されるコースでしたので お料理の質がもう少し高いとより満足出来たかなぁと思いました。 とは言え、とても美味しいお料理ばかりでした
