1人1万5000円のコースを頼みました。正直サービスや料理の質に全く見合ってません。楽しみにしていただけに非常に残念でした。お客様は半分以下なのに席に到着して声かかるまで10分かかる。ナイフやフォークの置き方やシャンパンの注ぎ方が雑すぎる。料理を提供する際に声が小さくて何言ってるのか全くわからない。スタッフ3人固まって段の上で雑談。料理は正直全く価格に見合ってません。これといった高級食材も使ってない。前菜はアフタヌーンティーについてる様なマカロン。パンはカチカチで噛めない。焼いて時間が経った様な固さです。またお水と炭酸どちらが宜しいでしょうか？と。その様な聞き方されたので当然無料だと思ってました。がレシートに謎の1100円。びっくりしました。普通自分から頼んだとしても料金の説明はありますよ。スタッフから持ってきて有料とはどう言う事ですかね？本当に残念でした。
