I visited the IMAX theater. The hall is clean and the seats are very comfortable. I recommend choosing row I, row J and row K seats if you use advance reservations. There is one caveat here. Only the IMAX theater has a different entrance. And there are no stores selling drinks and snacks. If you want drinks and snacks, buy them at the store at the entrance of the theater before going to the IMAX theater.

I've only visited the IMAX studio for the Apocalypse Now roadshow in March and the Interstellar roadshow in September 2020. The cinema is located 5 minutes of walking from the station, near the aquarium and under the hotel. There's a 7-Eleven one floor below if you want to sneak in concessions. The IMAX studio is located on the sixth floor, where you have to take a few flights of escalators from the main T-Joy Cinema lobby and ticketing. The screen, sound system, and overall cinema experience are incredible, as befitting of IMAX. The IMAX studio has a gaudy, big, bright blue IMAX logo on its side walls, which thankfully turns off when the movie plays. The seating is divided to two levels with a passage in the middle, but the frontmost row of the upper level is raised a bit from the walkway and has a railing in front of the seat, which is a bit annoying when stuff falls off.

Good cinema in Shinagawa area. Be sure to book in advance as seats usually fill up fast. Cinema is clean and located within a hotel.

You can book tickets for movies online. There is an aquarium adjacent to it. There is a toilet that everyone can use. There is a grocery store. There is a paid day-care center nearby.

Clean and wide space. Great manner of the staffs. Not much crowded and feel free to relax. But over loud for the sound system.
