I always enjoy some Taco Bell. And trust me, it's actually decent compared to what you get in America. The menu isn’t as expansive, but they're adding new items occasionally. Plus the drink bar finishes the experience off nicely. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and can speak English. Check it out.

I live in a part of Japan that hardly know what a taco is. My friends that are also from America and I always reminisce about our days back in the states gorging ourselves on cheap tacos. While visiting Tokyo I was finally able to visit the new Taco Bell there. It isn't the same as American Taco Bell, but it is pretty good. Instead of being able to use sauce packets to season your taco exactly like you want, you order your food either mild, medium, or hot and they apply the sauce. They were SUPER liberal with the extra sauce on my two hard shell beef tacos and in the time it took me to walk the five feet from the counter to my table, the sauce had completely soaked through the shell and melted it into a mush that had to be eaten with a fork. The tortilla chips are also different than in America. They are seasoned with what appeared to be chili powder. The cup of cheese that came with the chips was quite small but you can order cups of cheese sauce, salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for an extra 100 each. This is the only fast food restaurant I have been to in Japan that has refillable drinks and lets you fill the cups yourself. They also have beer but they were out when I was there. They seem to do a ton of business with Uber Eats so if you live nearby or your hotel is close you can get it delivered. Overall everything was pretty good and after not eating Taco Bell for years it certainly does the trick! Just a warning, the entrance is not wheelchair or stroller friendly.
Had the chicken cheesy core burrito and fries, not to mention copious amounts of Dr. Pepper. Would do it again!
While the location isn't as convenient as the main location in Shibuya, this Taco Bell knows how to prepare food faster and even better. I'd prefer visiting this place over the tourist-packed Dogenzaka store any time.
U can eat tacos and some Mexican fast cook at here. It's nice taste 4 Japanese.
I usually go to Taco Bell in Shibuya, but had an appointment in Omote-sando, so decided to try there for the first time yesterday 10/30/2018. I asked for Cheese sauce, and either the food or the cheese sauce caused me to get a very bad food poisoning with fever until now!! Please check your food....
The negatives-relatively slow service, lukewarm reception, and lukewarm food. The positives - they have charging ports and window seating.
Good place for a quick bite. Friendly staff.
