There is a very dodgy English-speaking psychiatrist operating in Tokyo and I recommend you go to TELL for advice first, whether you need therapy or medication.

ここのカウンセリングは完ぺきに詐欺です。日本人の方、の為に書きたくもないけど次の被害者が出ないために書く。まず、最初に書かされる問診票は誰でも観覧できる。個人情報や、クレジットカードのセキュリティコードを紙に書いて送るように指示されます。ひどいセキュリティです。最終的に契約を断っても、あとから個人情報を使って、しつこく勧誘の連絡が掛かってきます。要注意!興味がある方は自己責任でどうぞ。電話の対応も最悪でした。次の被害者が出ませんように。
