Disappointing Mini Dealer. My first Mini and I have been looking for a dealer to create a long term relationship with. Mini Narita looked like it was a great place for owners and customers but I got the exact opposite feeling going there. The sales people showed no interest in dealing with me,. Both guys I dealt with did not even introduce themselves or pass on their name cards which is a first for me for any dealer. I felt none of the love Mini is famous for and they basically waited for me to leave and then did not even send me off as most dealers do. I could go into more detail but to summarize, cold dealer, lack of friendliness or passion. Could be I got unlucky with the two salesmen I dealt with. (I should note the receptionists were both nice and friendly and always smiling).

店員さん、飲み物の注文にきて途中で聞きもしないでいなくなった(笑) いろんなディーラーいったけど初体験(笑)
観てるだけで幸せな気分に浸れますね笑。営業マンはジェントルマンだし、とてもお勧めです！
中古の古いＢＭＷのちょっとした面倒の作業も快く引き受けてくれました。
