To make it easy for yourself, 1) Download the forms from the MOFA website and fill out/print it and take it with you. You can do this from the comfort of your home. 2) Just for your piece of mind, I will add the directions for the certification section. Go to the main entrance of the building, a security guy will check your ID and ask you what your purpose of visit is. Just say “documents” or “shorui no shomei” and they will direct you. It’s basically first left to the end, then right again to the end.

Questions to get the documents stamped by them are not related to the papers! Fat young old lady bully staff. If it's not required stamp before getting the stamp from the embassy I will not bother to go in there! So mean and rude i am really humiliated for a piece of paper that they are required to put a stamp! It's your job have consideration!
