If you are an English speaker coming to the store looking for something specific, go to the website first to ensure they have the partsyou are looking for. You may want to go to a different location considering each store's inventory is very different. They have an English setting on the up garage website. Other than that the staff is extremely helpfulthey will bend over backwards to find the parts you need and also have a good conversation with you about cars regardless. Arigato gozaimasu up garage!!!

この前、タイヤホイールを査定してもらおうと行きましたがね。店員はみな自分の仕事。受付はしてもらったが、20から30分くらい待ちました。急ぎだったので、やめようと店員呼んでも、店員は聞いてんのか聞いてないのか。 あまりにひどい対応ですよね。 ちなみに、他の店舗はしっかり対応してくれましたよ。なんでかな。 お客様相談室にも対策を求め、本社も対応すると言ってましたが、久しぶりに行っても、変わらない変わらない。 自分の仕事がしたいなら、店閉めて配送倉庫にでもして下さい。

状態が良ければ純正タイヤでも買い取るので、処分料がかからないのが魅力的だが、最近はオーディオ（スピーカー）交換が出来るスタッフがいないらしい… カーショップ屋なのにタイヤ、バッテリー交換位しか出来ないのが残念。 又、他のクチコミにもある通り、スタッフが少ないからか、混んでる時は予約しないとかなり待たされるし、電話対応もしない。

ハンドルを購入しました。 品数もそこそこあり、価格も安価と思います。 また、スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で好印象でした。 ※しかし、取付けをお願いしたのですが、旧車は無理との事でした。。。 まあ、ハンドルぐらいBOSSを入手すれば、自分でできちゃいますけどね。
