MK Plus is a multi-line company providing management consulting services, media marketing services and battery manufacturing capabilities. The firm is further venturing into launching a Japanese flying car business to enter mass production phase by 2025. This new project will develop and produce an autonomous - electric - vertical take-off and landing - 4-seater - flying car. We aim to achieve significant cost reductions by mass-producing flying cars and ultimately become the world's largest mass-producing company. Japanese and Asian supply chain companies, who have historically been helping Boeing and Mitsubishi produce some of its airplanes, will provide the mass-production consortium platform. Our flying cars will also be supported by the technology of French aviation teams based in Bordeaux Techwest (French R & D facility). An MOU was signed between us and our French partner. The project will be multi-stages in terms of timing – at the first stage we will have the right to sell the industrial drones to be provided by our French partner in Japan and Asia on an exclusive basis, and then we will move on to transporting goods with our flying cars from 2021 so functioning essentially as a “big drone” further generating early cashflows and then the final stage comes where passengers will be transported after successfully winning type certificates such as EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) by 2025. Our hidden “special weapon” will be our mass producing capabilities of self-developed high quality secondary batteries along with powertrains which will sustain the long distance flight of our electric flying cars. This part is our strong key point since our rival flying car manufacturers are expected to face serious supply constraints of such batteries. Indeed, the very reasons why our French partners chose us as their Japanese partners are i) our mass production capability of flying cars and ii) our ability to manufacture the batteries and powertrains in-house.
