Bad costumer service, the salesman never had attention, I said hello but nothing, he was more worried about the computer. Maybe and i am sure that a polite tourist like me is not welcome there. Then i bought trains in the Akiba theater building, the salesman was very polite and Nice, he tested my trains before sell to me too.

Amazing selection of HO and N gauge local rail. Some very cheap freight cars - much cheaper than Europe for N-gauge - just not sure they would work with DB sadly no photos allowed. But worth stopping by.
If you model Japanese railway, this is your shop. Excellent range. Kato products mostly. Ho, HOe, N. And few large scale. Good book collection too. Only problem is that everything is in Japanese.
Great model train and model car shop. Rohukan and Kato. Bought a train there.
Awsome store must visit.
