This office is on the 2nd floor of the City Hall Office. I had a great experience at this office. The employees were kind, patient, and efficient. After inquiring at the front desk, I filled out a form with my information and waited for a short time. A staff member then sat down with me and explained the answer to my inquiry. The communication was very good because the staff member explained the tax issues clearly, rather than rushing through the explanation. 10/10 experience...I felt very satisfied with the kindness of the staff. I don't know if there are English speaking staff members; everything was done in Japanese.
