I stayed here for 2 nights for the sole purpose of being close to DisneySea. It's a train stop away from the the Disney monorail which is why the pricing is so good. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the station to the hotel. Extremely straightforward of a walk. Check in was easy and our room was very clean. I'd say the room size is on average for Japanese hotels. We were in a higher up floor which has open areas that are exposed to the elements. I wasn't a fan of this because it was very cold so whenever we were coming/going from our room, we'd get a blast of cold air. Their amenities are in the lobby so if you need razors, body sponges, etc. it's available. They also have DHC branded packets of makeup remover, face wash, toner, and face moisturizer. When I booked our stay, I added on breakfast because food at Disney was going to be expensive and it made more sense to eat up before then. Breakfast is a buffet filled with fresh offerings and it seemed to be consistent for both days that we had it. Grilled mackerel, eggs, salad bar, congee, miso soup, bread, sausage, etc. as seen in the photos I took. I was extremely satisfied with their breakfast buffet. As mentioned by others, make sure you line up early for the shuttle (it's the size of a bus but trust me, it gets packed). They have a couple drop offs in the morning and a couple pick ups in the evening. DisneySea closes earlier than Tokyo Disney so you can hang out at the train station as it has a lot of shops and restaurants before the shuttle's first pick up time to go back to the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I'm planning on visiting one of the Disney parks in the future!

A simple business hotel. Pros: - Breakfast is well priced, has a lot of variety, and is well stocked - Shuttle bus to Disney and train station is very handy for if you’re going to Disney (takes about half an hour) or for when you check out (make sure to line up about 15 minutes beforehand) - All the staff are all lovely and helpful - Priced very well for the area, the cheapest option for Disney Cons: - It’s a business hotel so rooms are standard and small but well designed - We found the bed (double) incredibly uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on cardboard on top of concrete - It is a long walk from the train station if you have bags (about 15 minutes), though navigating is very straightforward and easy, otherwise a standard taxi will cost about 740-900 yen - Rooms are quite worn with black marks all over the white material-like wallpaper - Unfortunately the closest konbini or restaurant is a 7 minute walk at least and if you’re tired/lazy or it’s too cold or late this may effect you - though my floor did have vending machines and a microwave, so if you plan ahead dinners are easy Overall I do appreciate it for what it was, though I may pay the extra to stay closer to Disney or the train station....

Good hotel for short middle stays, not far from the Urayasu metro station as 5min walking by shortcuts. Not much international breakfast but still good enough!
This is a wonderful spot if you are planning to visit Disney Land as it is a train station away also the hotel provide transportation service to Disney Land. Although you will need to walk about 10 minutes from he nearest train station to this hotel but you will able to have very economical food along the way. The hotel is near a local living estate and next to a university school. The rooms are huge with very good prices.
Very good value hotel for Disneyland, room was very small but had great view. The staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent service from them. We used the free shuttle a couple of times but if you want to get to the parks early you need to walk to the station, about 10 minutes walk away, and take the train for 1 stop. Shower pressure was great. The immediate area is very quite, some shops and restaurants about 10 minutes away.
We stayed here while we were visiting Disneyland and Disneysea. Such a good place to stay at. For the price, I highly recommend it. They provide a shuttle to the parks as well at multiple times in the morning and back in the evening. The rooms are quite small though, but it didn’t really bother us since we were only there to shower and sleep.
Stayed there bet 6-8 nov 2018. Hotel is acceptable but walking distance from JR station is quite long. Suggest taking a cab (about 740 yen) to hotel if carry bags or with small children
