Wonderful customer service! Very accommodating and speaks English fluently. They were able to book me for facial lipo, threadlift, and botox on very short notice and went above and beyond to help. My results are still healing and its only been a little over a month. My side face and neck looks good but my front face is still swollen a little and one side is still fatter than the other. My goal was to aim for a V-line facial shape but my front face is not that much different than before the procedure. Only 4 stars for now because I'm not sure if my face will be the result I want yet because it's too soon but I will update in 2-3 more months.

The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and the doctor was very helpful. Doctor can speak English. I got jadelle (family planning inplant) removed at a very affordable price with discount. I highly recommend M’s Dermatology.

As a foreigner in Japan finding a skin surgeon for sebaceous cyst removal was a really nerve wrecking experience for me but I’m more than glad I found this clinic. Consulted last minute which was less than 3weeks before i leave Japan but Dr. Misawa accomodated me and got me a schedule real quick. Surgery was quick and wound healed pretty great. I was able to confidently explain myself in English from consultation up to the end of actual treatment. Dr. Misawa and his staffs are very friendly, professional and speaks good English. Worth recommending to all foreigners who needs skin surgery. Two thumbs up to M’s clinic team! Thank you!

As a foreigner in japan I am so glad I found this clinic. I consulted few weeks before my flight and Dr. Misawa gave me a schedule real quick. Dr. Misawa and the staffs of M’s clinic were very friendly, professional and speaks good english. I was able to fully explain myself from consultation up to the end of my treatment. Surgery was quick and wound healed perfectly. This is worth recommending to all foreigners out there seeking for skin surgery/treatment. Thank you M’s clinic t’was a pleasant experience.

2 hours ago I went to remove the excess skin from the eyelids, he recommended that I raise my eyebrows saying that it would be better, I followed his recommendation, but one eyebrow was different from the other (one was taller than the other) and in addition it was not resolved the drooping eyelid problem that was my goal, so he told me to remove excess eyelids. Conclusion I didn't get a 100% satisfactory result I can say that my problem improved 30%, if you are looking for perfection you may not find it. Perhaps because he is a foreigner, I think he does not know how to work with Asian skin.

A friend introduced me to this clinic and was totally satisfied with the treatments and with the hospitality. I had gone to other esthetic salons but this is the place I should've gone to in the first place. I had some skin tags removed and am planning to get maintenance from now on. It was also nice that the doctor spoke quite a bit of English. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends!

I highly recommend M's Clinic. Dr. Misawa made me feel comfortable and confident about the surgery from the consultation to the procedure. He reassured me every step of the way. As an American in Japan, finding a plastic surgeon can be scary but Dr. Misawa and his staff are amazing!!!!!!

dr.Taka and his staffs are foreigner friendly. Explain all procedures and details in English. I got introduced to M’s clinic by my friend, and since then I got better. I visit this several times to get rid off my wart with some high-tech therapy. Nice place and easy to reach, since it close to Tsurumi station and also close to drug store. Highly recommended.
