Went to the shop today and ask to try on a 422. The sales girl brought the watch out and lay on the tray. I ask for her to help me wear it, she took the watch and hold the strap saying no trying on (buckling of the strap). I told had to tell her to use the black plastic strap holder that panerai comes with to let me strap the watch on my wrist. After which I ask for another model that is on display in the window, she just told me it is toubillion. Did not even bother to tell me the model no. The service level is so pale compared to the experience I had in Parerai Osaka!
