Nagoya regional immigration branch office in TOYOHASHI port. Some of reviewing the staff is not helpful but I think there is always changing the staff so in my case staff is so polite and helpful. Those people who want to applying for family visa , Renewal or new application the branch office can help you Not so much busy and parking lot is available.

Just like any immigration bureau around the world, the staff are extremely serious and at times, unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. The system in general, is also very outdated. I really wish that the bureau could leverage today’s technology to eliminate unnecessary paperwork. It is a waste of time for both parties. When the applicant visits the bureau, they should already have all of the necessary paperwork filled out and confirmed to simply finalize the procedure. Also, the staff there don’t really speak English. Find a nice native speaker pal to accompany along may significantly improve the experience. If you are unsure about a process, call in advance to confirm. Don’t waste time visiting the bureau in person until you have to. The facility itself is fairly run-down. The bathroom, however, is very clean. The one and only vending machine is priced at about 40 lower than average, which is nice because there is no convenient store in sight. Access is poor. There are very few options available. By car is recommended. If you want to take public transportation, there is a bus that runs hourly from the Toyohashi station. Availability is also very limited (less than one bus per hour). It takes over an hour to walk from the Toyohashi station to the immigration bureau. You can also order a taxi as an alternative. If you want to get the worst experience of any city / country, visit their immigration bureau. The negative experience is universal and consistent. This one in Toyohashi is no exception. However, try not to walk out hating the country. Because as we all know, there are wonderful people out there. It’s just that this particular system is poorly structured.

7年前に来たのが最後で、その時のスタッフの態度がとても高圧的で、不快な思いをしましたが、久しぶりに来るとスタッフの方はとても話しやすく、前とは雲泥の差です。今の方が好きです！！ 確かに外国人日本語をうまく話せない人が多いので、イライラするのも分かりますが、あんまりに態度が悪いとこっちまで不愉快になるので、今のスタッフ最高です！

O local é simples. O estacionamento é suficiente. É de fácil acesso. Não há tradutor, mas o pessoal atende muito bem. Esse posto agiliza bastante a documentação de imigração, dispensando ir até a tumultuada Nagoya. Muito bom.
