I had more than 20 years chronic shoulder / back pain which got worse and was literally "pain in the neck". Dr Yanagihara found 3 areas in my cervical vertebra #4, 5 and 6, have developed some deformation That had swollen the nurve system. We started some pain relief treatment while narrowing down the pinpoint location, and in the 4th treatment the pain removal at #4 worked perfectly. Now my daily life got much much easier thanks to Dr. "Pain Specialist". Yes sometimes you might have to wait despite your reservation but that is nothing compared to getting rid of the years long pain. I highly recommend this. [Follow up note as May/2020] I got my pain worse in my back I visited Dr. Yanagihara again. This time we agreed to focus on #6 which is more related to my left arm (yes, I am lefty and use the arm aggressively by playing tennis.) with the nerve blocking treatment. That was the "Bull's-eye"!! The conduction got further better, after two weeks, with the second blocking treatment focusing on the rear-branches of the 6th spinal nerve. I am so happy where I am now with super thanks to Dr. Yanagihara. He is committed to stick with you until the pain is gone. Great professionalism, again, and I highly recommend this facility. [Follow up note as Jul/2020] The neck pain got a bit worse due to the constant use by tennis, I asked Dr. Yanagihara another option and he suggested the "PULS" treatment. All agreed to move on, this takes around 2 hours', a bit longer than the usual nerve pain blocking treatment but it ended up working very well.

どの受付の方もいつもテンション低めですが、特に恰幅のいい方の態度が日によってムラがあります。 院長先生はだいたい笑っているように見えますが目の奥が全く笑っていません。 マッサージ？の方にいつも一人うるさい女性の方がいて、注射を打ったあと休んでいるときにうるさくて全く休めません。オタクっぽい女の人は笑い声だけうるさいです。 受付に待ち時間について文句を言った人はすぐに呼ばれているのをよく見かけるので、ずっと待っている方からするといつも見ていてバカバカしい気持ちになります。 会社から近いので通っていますが、本当はもう通いたくないです。
五十肩の治療でお世話になりました。診察は丁寧ですし，素人目線にはなりますが先生や看護師さんの技術も高いように見受けられます。治療代金も良心的ですし，受付対応も特に問題ありません。人気のクリニックなので混みあってるときは多少待たされることもありますが，ちゃんと予約して行けば長時間待たされることは無いです。総合的にみて良い病院だと思います。
親身に治療して頂けます。但し、比較的に空いている日と混雑する日の差が半端有りません。 余裕を持って行きましょう。
先生や看護師のみなさん、優しいし丁寧です。注射もほとんど痛み無いです。
予約をしているのに1時間〜2時間待ち。 混むのはしょうがないが流石に待たせすぎ。 先生は良く見てくれるが、薬でも治らない場合（肩）、運動してくださいと一言で終わり。 治らないから来てるのに。。 先生に質問するたびに先生の後ろで患者の記録を取ってる女性は人をバカにしたような目でこちらを見てる。 やめてほしい。
色々、整形外科行ったが原因不明で傷みが解消しないので行ってみた。 先生は非常に丁寧に診察してくれる。 そしてなにより、原因を見つけてくれた。レントゲンには写りづらい肩石灰沈着性腱炎をエコーで発見して適切に処理してくれた。 これから何か傷みが出た時は早めに先生に診察してもらうようにします。 診察料も非常に良心的だと思います。
先生は丁寧に見てくれましたが、三叉神経痛は治りません。地道に通院します‼️
