Ok, this place used to be good. It's McDonalds, you're not expecting much. But this place used to be pretty awesome for a McDonalds. I've been going here for 5 years, as my office is close by. About 6 months ago there must have been a staff change or something. They used to be friendly, chatty and rather nice and real people to be around. Now The biggest gripe I have is with the fries. I know it sounds pathetic, but I've been served bone-cold fries FIVE times now. I'm not saying they're not 'kinda hot' or 'not fresh'. They are literally cold to the touch. And I get my order to go, so it's not like I know until I walk 3 minutes to work. And it'd be rude to rip open the bags and check for the fries... I know it's a small complaint, but if I'm getting cold fries 5 times, everyone else is probably too. Don't go here.
It's McDonald's in Japan. Just like McDonald's in the States but with fast friendly service and the occasional quirky menu item.
