These guys really deserve their reputation. They took me to see any place I wanted without hesitation, and were super patient with me. I even asked to go back to the same place multiple times when I'd almost made my decision and they happily obliged. Even though I'm a foreigner I had no issues finding an apartment with Daikoku Sumai. Before them, I tried another agent who claimed to have zero fees but they acted quite unprofessionally and I got a bad impression of them, so in the end I chose Daikoku Sumai. Every time I visited I was treated with courtesy and respect. And by the way, Daikoku Sumai's referral fee was not high. For sure I'd use them again in the future.

Thanks for helping me out to find a room at my comfort zone.Staffs are really amiable to me and kind enough.I highly recommend for the foreigners those who are staying in Osaka and having problems look for a apartment.Daikokusumai which is located in daikokucho I recommend you to visit their shop once and hope you can find out your living place very soon.Even it’s not also necessary to speak with Japanese that much .
