Narita airport was desolate and being utilized as a transfer/transition airport. There are no restaurants open just duty free stores and wait the only store with food is snacks! No real food or edible food! The only lounge open is is Sakura Lounge. Don't expect them to be compassionate or empathetic under COVID norms. We flew American under their operations and could not get access to the lounge. We even offer to pay for the access as it had the only food venue in the airport. We were denied.

As a premium product at a hub airport, this lounge is terrible. 9am serves soggy eggs, stale bread, half-assed salad bar and beer on tap. If you are just looking to survive your 15hr flight with a hangover and empty stomach, this is the best place.

Very nice lounge operated by Japan Airlines. Everything about it is nice, from the food to the drinks. It is also a great spot for plane spotting. They have two floors. The lower floor is not for food, but has beverages and reasonably large space for rest and abundance of chairs and outlets. Upper floor is for food, including their signature beef curry and alcoholic beverages.

Stuck in airport, no info, no help, no food, no public transportation, sitting and sleeping on the floor. Had to take a taxi after many hours standing in line. Extra travel cost of more than 600 for the taxi. Love Japan but will never land on Narita again. I understand there was a typhoon, but the service could be a lot better. Planes only kept landing but nobody could leave the airport.

Great airport, sleep friendly, lots of food options and 24hour convenience stores.

Large lounge with a dining area upstairs. Food selection is disappointing for JAL main lounge at T2. Curry was quite good though.

Pretty decent lounge. Comfy lounge chairs, food selection is good. Wish the aircon is working on a cooler side.

Nice place, but too far from Tokyo. It was under repair so most places were like after earthquake. Check-in and security is fast, personal is polite but inflexible. Prices same as in Tokyo and this is good as usually airports are more expensive. Wish to see at least one Priority Pass or pay to access lounge after check-in for transit passengers.
