Wow what a bad representation of Japanese grace and just plain customer service. My friend and I found out that they don’t allow tattoos which we totally respect. This was not a complete surprise as we know that some Onsens have this rule (not all actually). I tried to call prior to arriving but no one answered the phone. I don’t have a tattoo but my friend does (a very small one but doesn’t matter). I simply asked for a recommendation on a lounge or place that my friend can wait. They refused to let my friend use their lounge upstairs though he would be fully clothed and wouldn’t recommend a place outside of their facility. In the end I decided to not support this business though we traveled for about 45 minutes to attend.

ビーフパイはおいしかったです。付け合わせのマッシュポテトは糊っぽかった。 それはそれで英国の味？w 芽キャベツがついているのもいい感じ。 全額返金いただいたので、他の事は書けなくなってしまいました。 色々な意味で残念でした。
